Biography
B.A. Dallas is a painter whose 25-plus year career explores gritty American narratives through a genre he calls The Dirty Modern West. His work confronts the erosion of freedom and the fading mythos of the American West, offering a bold counterpoint to a contemporary culture he views as hero-less. Raised within a family of artists and shaped by the dynamic graffiti of New York alongside its great museums, B.A. developed a distinct visual language that fuses raw street energy with refined craft. His signature style—marked by graphic Sumi lines, graffiti inflections, and expressive knife work—brings texture, passion, and storytelling to every canvas.
